REFUND POLICY

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our refund policy before confirming your booking.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows will not be refunded.

 

2. Advance Payment

Any advance payment made to confirm the booking may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the timing of cancellation.

 

3. Weather & Operational Changes

  • In case of extreme weather conditions or unavoidable situations, trips may be rescheduled or refunded based on availability and circumstances.

  • If we cancel the trip from our side, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

 

5. Changes to Booking

  • Date or timing changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

  • We will try our best to accommodate changes without extra charges where possible.
