No-shows will not be refunded.
2. Advance Payment
Any advance payment made to confirm the booking may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the timing of cancellation.
3. Weather & Operational Changes

In case of extreme weather conditions or unavoidable situations, trips may be rescheduled or refunded based on availability and circumstances.

If we cancel the trip from our side, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
5. Changes to Booking

Date or timing changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
